Landscape Forman
Division - Landscape
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years experience in routine procedure of landscape of landscape construction and implementation
- Thorough understanding of the operation of our landscape division work
- Valid drivers license, CDL preferred
- Ability to motivate and train workers in the field
- Oversee and maintain quality workmanship on said landscape work
- Plan, Organize, staff, direct and control a project or account
- Pesticide handling mandatory, certification preferred
- Ability to communicate well with subordinates and clients
Duties of service crew leader:
- Prepare, manage and complete all aspects of a landscape
project, materials, labor and administrative activities
- Maintain all vehicle and equipment necessary to work projects on a day to day
basis including all preventative maintenance items and record keeping of said equipment,
fleet and hand tools. This also includes reporting the status of these items to the coordinator daily.
- Complete daily production reports on activity preformed each and every day subordinates
- Manage the labor and materials, cost accounting on each project to maintain the budget of each project thru completion
- Maintain daily, effective dialog with the landscape coordinator
- Participate in the personnel management of subordinates
- Oversee and maintain the rules and policies of the company as stated in the company policy
