Division - Service
Crew Leader installation or service
Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the routine procedures of irrigation and or service
- Thorough understanding of the operation of our service division and grounds maintenance
- Valid drivers license CDL preferred but, not mandatory
- Ability to motivate and train workers in the field
- Show quality and consistency in the workmanship on said service work
- Plan, Organize, staff, direct and control a project or
account
- Pesticide handling mandatory, certification preferred
- Ability to communicate and work well with others both
subordinates and clients
Duties of service crew leader:
- Service maintenance accounts
- Maintain a minimum span of management of 2
- Maintain records on all phases of service of said projects,
this includes of reporting of daily activity to administration
on a day to day basis including a production report
- Manage subordinates as stated in the NHL company policy
- Maintain his or her own challenging production schedule
- Maintain accounts with consistency and quality workmanship
